We will talk you size, shape, fabric, timber, and finish choices.

Once you have made your choice, we will send you a final detailed confirmation with
drawings for you to approve.

To confirm your order a first non-refundable payment of 50% of the order will be required with the balance due prior to delivery.

All items are made to order and will take 6-8 weeks.

Please allow up to 12 weeks lead time for bespoke commissions. We will contact you when we have booked your order into the workshop and give you an estimated delivery date.

We will keep in touch to inform you about the progress of your order and contact you again
prior to delivery.

We personally deliver all large pieces of furniture to ensure safe delivery. We will arrange
delivery with you on a day and at a time that suit you.

Where we can’t deliver ourselves due to distance, we work with partner companies who offer
the same high quality service and care.

Your furniture will be carefully blanket wrapped to protect it whilst in transit, delivered into the
room of your choice, unwrapped and assembled as required.

Each piece of furniture we sell has a mark in the form of a carved logo on the base of your item.

We offer a free delivery service within a 50 miles radius of our workshop in Leeds.

Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your item from our workshop where we will be delighted to personally meet and chat with you.

If you change your mind or are unhappy with your Moor product we will refund or exchange it provided you let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and that it is returned to us within 28 days or receiving your order in its original packaging and condition.

Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.

Bespoke pieces made to special order cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.
